Lead and manage a team delivering RMN campaign orchestration, activation, and supporting platforms/integrations.;
Own the RMN delivery roadmap and drive initiatives that reduce campaign launch time and manual effort.;
Operationalize activation across owned, in-store, pump/CFD, and paid channels (e.g., DEX, GSTV, partner networks).;
Partner with product, architecture, data, and external partners to define and deliver the orchestration/enrichment layer for RMN.;
Manage team performance, hiring, prioritization, delivery cadences, and stakeholder communication.
