Marketing Coordinator – Intern

• Assist with developing and implementing marketing communications that optimize the customer journey for Mortgage servicing
• Support assigned marketing projects from concept through implementation
• Monitor project progress and campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
• Prepare status reports and updates for Mortgage Servicing leadership
• Bring Planet's brand identity to life through impactful design and creative solutions
• Ensure customer communications are seamless, consistent, and as low-friction as possible across the customer touchpoints
• Collaborate with internal partners to develop tailored marketing strategies and plans
• Assist in the conception, execution, and oversight of marketing campaigns, projects, and workflows
• Generate comprehensive reporting for projects to determine results including creative testing and ROI
• Manage other key marketing initiatives
• Assist with administrative support and research of special projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
