The Manager, Digital Experience & Media PMO is responsible for leading day‑to‑day project management and operational execution across the Digital Experience and Media organization, including website, paid media, lead nuture and merchandising. This role ensures high-priority initiatives are delivered on time, in scope, and aligned with enterprise priorities through disciplined planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination. As the operational lead for DX & Media, this role translates strategy into executable plans, proactively manages risk and dependencies, and provides clear, executive‑ready visibility into status, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
The role partners closely with DX & Media leadership, Marketing Operations, and enterprise stakeholders to drive consistency, speed, and quality across communications delivery.
- Establish and lead the Digital Experience & Media PMO operating model, including intake, prioritization, planning, and execution standards across all communications work streams.
- Lead sprint ceremonies across-functional group focused on e-commerce, and coordinate various activities including stand‑ups, sprint planning, and monthly demos and retrospectives.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans that clearly define scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, and critical path.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and resourcing conflicts; drive mitigation plans and escalated with clear options and recommendations.
- Establish and reinforce governance routines, operating cadence, and execution discipline to ensure clarity of roles, timelines, and decision‑making.
- Partner closely with Communications leaders, Marketing Operations, GTM PMO, Communications PMO, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to align sequencing, messaging, and delivery.
- Provide concise, executive-ready reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Design and continuously improve processes, templates, and tools that increase predictability, efficiency, and speed to market.
- Define and track delivery metrics to assess execution health, capacity, and throughput.
- Contribute to broader Marketing & Communications Operations initiatives and process improvements as needed.

Competencies:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate complex work clearly and concisely to senior leaders.
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority in a matrixed organization.
- Expert organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience applying project and program management methodologies (Agile, Lean, hybrid).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information and frame tradeoffs and recommendations.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project, program, or operations management within Communications, Marketing, or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and technologies, with the ability to align them with business objectives.
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a track record of introducing innovative ideas and approaches that deliver measurable results.
- Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1‑day remote schedule.
