As Group Vice President (GVP), Brand Strategy, you will drive growth across our people, product, reputation and revenue. You will lead mid-to-large clients or portfolios with revenue greater than $5MM, own senior client relationships and help shape the strategic quality and health of the business. You will bring the perspective of a seasoned strategist from a creative or traditional agency, pairing brand-building rigor with fluency across modern, connected marketing experiences.

This role calls for an imaginative, consumer-minded leader who canidentifyand pursue cross-sell opportunities, lead successfulnew businesspitchesand translate complex business challenges into clear, inspiring marketing strategies. You will ensure teams deliver an informed,insightful and imaginative point of view while building the tools, practices and talent that strengthen Strategy across the agency.

• Develop direct, collaborative relationships with key client stakeholders and become a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership.
• Lead the development of brand, communications and marketing plans that connect client business priorities, audience insight,culture and creativity.
• Define the strategic vision, organizingideaand cross-channel approach for major client engagements, portfolios and global 360 campaigns.
• Ensure teams deliver a strategic point of view that is informed, insightful,imaginativeand actionable from briefing through launch.
• Create sharp, inspiring creative briefs and partner closely with Creative leadership to focus teams, unlock ideas and improve the work.
• Strengthen individual strategies by connecting people and thinking across teams, capabilities,geographies and lines of business.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s category, competitive context, unique businessdynamicsand consumer behavior.
• Guideinsight development using first-party data, primary and secondary research, culturalintelligenceand behavioral signals.
• Lead executive presentations, workshops and ideation sessions that create alignment,momentum and clear decisions.

• Identify, shape and steward growth opportunities through proactive recommendations, incremental programproposalsand cross-selling of relevant agency capabilities.
• Lead the strategic workstream fornew-businesspitches, partnering across disciplines to create differentiated, persuasive and winning solutions.
• Translate client challenges into well-scoped strategic engagements, defining the approach, deliverables, timing,effortand required talent.
