Summary:

** This role offers the opportunity to support sustainable Global dealer rental revenue growth by advancing product technology strategies, strengthening demand management practices, and improving how data and insights guide business decisions. You will help shape scalable rental and used growth by partnering across teams, aligning technology with market demand, and turning strategy into practical execution that delivers measurable value.
As the Product Marketing & Demand Manager, you will help with driving change management, supporting the strategy for rental & used growth and will focus on product and configuration optimization, technology utilization and demand management discipline.

** What You Will Do (Job Duties):*
* * Lead marketing technology and marketing data strategies by partnering with internal teams and external suppliers to define business requirements, guide product roadmaps from a rental perspective, and deliver solutions that support business objectives.
* Manage, mentor, and develop team members while overseeing related budgets, enablement plans, and capability-building efforts.
* Shape and execute strategies for marketing technology, rental product application, and processes that improve customer engagement, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.
* Plan and prioritize roadmaps, scope, resources, budgets, and risks to ensure marketing technology initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned to business needs.
* Evaluate current tools, systems, and capabilities; identify improvement opportunities; and recommend practical solutions that strengthen marketing performance.
* Monitor the evolving technology landscape to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that can inform future strategy.
