NextGen & Outreach Pastor

The Next Gen & Outreach Pastor is a full-time, on-site role based in Irving, TX, responsible for leading ministry initiatives for children, youth, and young adults, as well as overseeing outreach to the local community. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and teaching Bible-based lessons, organizing discipleship groups, coordinating events and programs that engage next-generation participants, and equipping volunteers to serve in these ministries.

The role also involves building relationships with families, providing pastoral care, and partnering with church leadership to develop outreach strategies that invite and integrate new individuals into the church community. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication, and collaboration with staff and ministry teams are part of the position, along with active participation in worship services and church-wide activities.

• Strong foundation in Bible Study and ability to teach Scripture clearly and faithfully.
• Demonstrated experience in Pastoring and Pastoral leadership within a local church or ministry context.
• Skills in Pastoral Care, including counseling, spiritual support, and presence during life events.
• Experience in Discipleship, including mentoring, small group leadership, and spiritual formation for next-generation ministries.
• Commitment to Christ-centered, gospel-focused ministry that aligns with the theology and mission of Christ Centered Church.
• Ability to connect with children, youth, young adults, and families in a respectful, inclusive, and culturally aware manner.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and volunteers.
