Shifts Available- PRN Nurses
- All Shifts - 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
- 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday-Friday
- 10:00pm - 6:30am Monday - Friday
- Part Time every other weekend 10:00pm - 6:30am Saturday and Sunday
- 6:00am - 10:30pm Weekend Doubles Saturday & Sunday - w/ Baylor Plan (work 16 hrs, paid 20).
Ashford Hall has served patients and families in the Dallas / Fort Worth area for over 50 years! We are accepting applications for Registered Nurses working Full-Time and Part-Time regularly assigned shifts, as well as PRN. We are certain this will be a positive and rewarding experience for you. Outlined below is the pay and benefit structure for this position. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients.
The Registered Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
- Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred, but not necessary
- Current Texas state license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
