Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position
- Flexible scheduling options available

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a stepdown/progressive care unit
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with transplant or telemetry patients is a plus
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to stepdown and transplant patients
- Monitor and assess changes in patient condition, escalating concerns appropriately
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive care
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Provide patient and family education regarding complex care needs
