Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery.

Shift: Three 12‑hour shifts, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.

Relocation assistance for eligible candidates moving to accept a role with Baylor.

Patient Population: OB patients >20 weeks gestation.

Patient Ratios: 1:2 (L&D); 1:2‑3 (OB Triage) contingent on acuity, phase of care, and census.

Number of Beds: 10 L&D rooms, 2 OB Triage.

• 18 months / 1.5 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, preferably at level III or higher.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current license and certifications:
  • RN – Registered Nurse.
  • BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required within 30 days of hire).
  • NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program (required within 30 days of hire).
  • AWHONN intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring (required within 30 days of hire).
