Registered Nurse position at Baylor University Medical Center (Baylor Dallas) in Dallas, Texas. This role is a Surgical Inpatient unit RN, not in the ED.

Unit:
Surgical Inpatient – high acuity patients including TBI, wound, motor vehicle accidents, gunshot wounds, falls, psych, and more. Patient ratios are 1:4-5. The unit has 42 beds and 87% BSN prepared RNs. Nurses work closely with a multidisciplinary team of nurse practitioners, physical/occupational & speech therapists, case managers, trauma residents, trauma surgeons, and hospitalists.

• At least 1 year of Med/Surg/Tele RN experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of starting.
