RN Labor and Delivery

Sign‑on bonus of $10,000 available for external candidates with a minimum of 2 years RN experience, along with relocation assistance for candidates moving 50+ miles from their current residence.

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Irving, TX.

Three 12‑hour shifts: 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.

OB patients >20 weeks gestation. Patient ratios: 1:2 for Labor & Delivery; 1:2–3 for OB Triage (dependent on acuity, phase of care, census).

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license.

• 1.5 years (18 months) Labor & Delivery/Antepartum RN experience; preference for level II or higher.
