Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Shift: Three 12-hour shifts | 7 PM - 7 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Must have RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring certifications required within 30 days of hire/transfer
- Minimum 1.5 years of Labor and Delivery/Antepartum RN experience, preferably in a level II or higher setting
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to OB patients from 20 weeks gestation.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and manage labor processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
- Participate in patient education and support during labor and delivery phases.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with patients and their families.
Compliance / Notes:
10k sign-on bonus available for external candidates with a minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates moving 50+ miles from their current residence.
