Behavioral Health / Substance Abuse Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights and Days
Location: Scurry, TX, 75158
Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) SUPV to join our team at a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facility. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey and providing high-quality overnight clinical care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide overnight nursing care for patients in a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment setting
- Monitor patient health status and withdrawal symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to support treatment plans
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies during overnight hours
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for recovery
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (required)
- Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or substance abuse treatment (required)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Supportive clinical environment focused on patient recovery

- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 1 year experience in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Behavioral Health (Preferred)
