American Traveler is hiring an RN for a CVOR position in Irving, TX, requiring 2+ years of CVOR experience and an active TX or compact RN license.

• Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) setting
• Patient ratio of 2:1
• Schedule is Mon-Fri 6:30 AM-3:00 PM or Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 6:30 AM-5:00 PM
• AM shift
• On-call responsibilities required, including weekend on-call

• Active TX or compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience required
• Must pass an EKG test upon starting the assignment
• Two professional references required
• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions granted

• Navy scrub color required
• Coordinates patient care delivery using the nursing process and BSWH professional practice model
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for the travel position
• Local candidates within the radius are not accepted
• Previous Baylor perm employees may have eligibility restrictions
