Manager Nursing PreOp PACU

Medical City Healthcare, in partnership with Crypto Analyzer's innovative analytics culture, seeks a Manager Nursing Pre Op PACU to lead perioperative care operations. This role oversees Pre Op and PACU nursing teams, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient patient flow. You will manage staffing, budgeting, and performance, while leveraging data to improve outcomes and processes. Collaborating closely with physicians and anesthesia, you'll drive evidence-based practice, mentor nurses, and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Pre
• Op and PACU nursing operations and staffing
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement policies, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, and admin leaders on patient flow
• Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff
• Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and key performance metrics
• Manage unit budgets, resources, and supply utilization
• Lead staff education, competency, and evidence-based practice adoption
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and process improvement
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
