You'll be a detective, analyzing each lawn's unique needs and crafting tailored strategies that elevate its quality to new heights. • Perform soil tests to assess pH levels, nutrient content, and overall soil condition, and recommend or apply treatments such as fertilization and soil amendments to improve lawn health.
• Design and implement fertilization plans tailored to the specific needs of each lawn, ensuring proper nutrient application to promote optimal grass growth.
• Identify pests, weeds, and diseases affecting lawns and apply eco-friendly or industry-approved treatments to eliminate or control their spread.
• Diagnose lawn diseases such as brown patch, dollar spot, or fungus, and develop treatment plans to restore and protect lawn health.
• Apply pre‑emergent and post‑emergent herbicides, over seeding, and aeration during the appropriate seasons to maintain and enhance lawn health.
• Work closely with clients to educate them on proper lawn care practices, including watering schedules, pest control, and treatment options. Provide customized solutions for maintaining a healthy, green lawn.
• Promote and implement organic or environmentally sustainable lawn care practices where applicable, minimizing the use of chemicals and water waste.
• Conduct regular inspections of lawns to assess health and growth, making ongoing recommendations for treatment and improvements.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in turf management, agronomy, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to explain technical aspects of lawn care to clients in an understandable and approachable manner.
• Analytical skills to diagnose lawn health issues and implement effective treatment plans.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift equipment/materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Primarily outdoor work, involving travel to various job sites within the service area.
• Handling of chemicals and lawn treatment products following all safety guidelines.
