Location:

Buffalo, NY

Pay: $17.50 per hour

• Schedule Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Monday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Mandatory overtime is required based on business needs.

As a Pharmacy Support Associate, you'll work under the supervision of a pharmacist to ensure prescription orders are filled accurately and efficiently.

• Fill prescription vials with tablets and capsules accurately
• Retrieve and process bulk and unit‑of‑use medications
• Verify medication strength, size, and product information
• Replenish automated pharmacy dispensing equipment
• Use handheld barcode scanners and computer systems
• Count and calculate medication quantities with accuracy
• Package prescriptions and prepare shipments for delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all HIPAA regulations and pharmacy procedures
• Meet daily production and quality goals in a fast‑paced setting
• Identify and elevate issues appropriately

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic

• Pharmacy Technician experience
• Warehouse or production experience
• Pharmacy Tech education or certification (not required in New York State)
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflows
• Experience working in fast‑paced, quality‑driven environments
