Quality Control Lead

Job Summary

• Maintain quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
• Review data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
• Perform installation of plant and commercial doors, locks and keys.
• Prepare for annual ISO 9001 certifications and audits.
• Ensure company quality records are current and accurate based on internal processes.
• Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
• Prepare and present technical and program information to the management team.
• Ensure all equipment, materials, and services are reliable to meet required standards of performance and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
• Design and implement quality assurance training programs and education for key personnel in conjunction with managers, including internal audits.
• Oversee the investigation and resolution of customer complaints regarding technical or quality issues.
• Manage damaged and missing items procedures, including creating escalation documents and interfacing with customer technical support personnel.
• Work with the Lab Manager to ensure lab standards and traceability meet rental order requirements.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ISO 9001 or similar ISO requirements.
