Join a dynamic team in Irving, TX, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting loss mitigation underwriters. This opportunity offers you the chance to ensure quality assurance and manage document imaging, with a strong potential for contract extension based on workload.

• Conduct quality control reviews of loss mitigation files
• Ensure documentation completeness and accuracy
• Scan, index, and upload borrower correspondence
• Monitor trial payment plans for compliance
• Provide administrative support to Loss Mitigation team

• Proficiency with MSP systems
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Experience creating audit files/packages
• Ability to review exception reports for quality control
• 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance

• One interview round onsite with the team lead
