Assurant, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for night shift to inspect, test and audit product processes following established procedures with rigorous attention to detail.
The on-site role runs Monday through Thursday, 5:00 pm–4:30 am. You will lead QA operations, create work instructions, train staff on 6S and procedures, track metrics, and coordinate QA resources for releases while driving continuous improvement.
