As a Lead Line Cook, you will oversee kitchen operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure that all dishes are prepared to perfection.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior line cooks, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
• Ensure that all food is presented attractively and meets quality standards before serving.
• Handle any kitchen-related issues or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner.

• Proven experience as a line cook, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
