Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and Lead Portfolio Captain to mentor future leaders and review team goals quarterly.
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and team support while achieving daily profitability and budgeted financial targets.
  • Maintain a fully staffed training team and lead “Always On Training” programs.
  • Uphold Culinary & Safety Standards
  • Coach food quality, plating, and ticket times while ensuring compliance with health and food safety regulations.
  • Promote high execution of S.P.E.C.F.M. and lead daily food-focused mini meetings.
  • Foster a fun, inclusive environment that encourages public praise and private coaching. Promote proactive hiring, maintain uniform standards, and manage kitchen maintenance.
  • Track Performance & Guest Experience by monitor QSA scores, online sentiment, labor productivity, and guest count targets.
  • Communicate menu rollouts and adjustments to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
Key Requirements
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing shifts focused on guest experience and team support.
  • Strong understanding of profitability metrics and cost management.
  • Experience in culinary training, team development, and retention strategies.
  • Skilled in coaching food quality, plating standards, and health/safety compliance.
  • Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-retention work environment.
  • Strong communication skills for menu rollouts and team development.
  • Familiarity with labor productivity, ticket time standards, and QSA metrics.
  • Capable of conducting interviews, assigning trainers, and signing off on new hires.
