Position: Grocery Team Leader (Department Manager)

Provides overall leadership to the Grocery team and responsible for daily operations including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance and special projects;
Holds team members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service and builds a positive work environment;
Makes hiring and separation decisions and monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets;
Maintains proper product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control and collaborates with department leaders and vendors;
Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members and provides performance evaluations
