Job Description

A cold storage facility in Irving, TX is looking for a few Shipping & Receiving Clerks to start ASAP!!

Shift: 5am to 2pm, Monday to Sunday (work weekends but off 2 days during the week)

• Order Processing:
  Receiving, verifying, and processing online or sales orders.
• Shipping:
  Staging orders, arranging delivery with carriers, and managing logistics.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitoring stock levels, tracking shipments, updating systems, and reporting discrepancies.
• Workspace Maintenance:
  Keeping work areas, equipment, and supplies organized and stocked.

• Accuracy:
  Ensuring the right products are shipped to the right customers.
• Efficiency:
  Meeting timeliness goals for order fulfillment.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Identifying and resolving issues with orders, stock, or shipments.
• Customer Service:
  Handling returns, exchanges, and customer status updates as needed.
• Organization:
  Managing multiple tasks and maintaining order in a busy environment.
• Tech Proficiency:
  Using computers, mobile devices, RF scanners, and fulfillment software.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborating with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general system navigation.
• Must be bilingual.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong communication skills and quick response times.
