Monitors entrances/exits and sales floor for potential theft by identifying suspicious behavior.;
Gathers theft indicators and communicates with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention Leadership.;
Minimizes operational shortage by training and educating Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.;
Assists Store Leadership in maintaining a safe and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
