Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required. 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

• Respond promptly to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated and accurate.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates, including installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
• Participate in early morning installations and team installations of two or more people, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed and contribute to overall team success.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission, report anomalies daily with corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Remain available for weekend assignments as needed.

• Age: 18 or older (insurance requirements).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as required.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical:
  Climb a ladder up to 10 ft; lift up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability:
  Adjust to varying tasks and work environments.
• Communication:
  Effective phone, text, and email coordination; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, app downloads, and internet.
• Education:
  
  High‑school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Experience:
  
  Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Technology:
  Own Android or Apple device for uploads; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Training:
  Complete all training assignments within the designated timeframe.
• Transportation:
  Reliable means of transport, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Leadership & Communication:
  Strong professional communication, presentation, judgment, problem‑solving, and autonomous time‑management skills.

• $16.50 per hour.
