What You'll Do:

* Guide customers on cabinets, countertops, flooring, and closets with expert product knowledge.

* Design solutions that meet customer needs, budget, and style preferences.

* Create work orders, coordinate installations, and oversee projects to completion.

* Set personal sales goals and generate leads with your store manager.

* Provide friendly, top-notch customer service and maintain store presentation.

What We're Looking For:

* Retail or sales experience preferred, ideally in home design or related products.

* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
