Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit designated stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including aisle end caps. Data collected is analyzed to improve sales performance for the product and retailer.
Job OverviewThe role offers workplace independence, flexibility in hours, and continuity with physical activity throughout the shift. Paid travel at hourly rate (minus first & last 15 minutes). Eligibility for 401(k) with employer matching. Monetary referral program.
Route- Convenience – IRVING TX 75039 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Convenience – DALLAS TX 75220 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Drug – IRVING TX 75063 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
- Grocery – IRVING TX 75063 – Wednesday, Thursday
- Convenience – DALLAS TX 75206 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- Grocery – IRVING TX 75062 – Wednesday, Thursday
- Perform in‑store data collection at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
- Scan barcodes throughout the store using a mobile app.
- Provide quantity information for about 45% of scanned products.
- Complete display scanning of the entire store each week.
- Execute custom additional projects (30 minutes–2 hours) as requested by clients, usually weekly.
- Adhere to weekly deadlines and maintain high quality data.
- Work independently and meet deadlines.
- Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
- Physical ability to be on feet for long periods and access throughout the store.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
- Attention to detail and independent work.
- Deadline‑driven self‑starter.
- Reliable Wi‑Fi access.
- Technologically savvy.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
