• Bring the authentic Soccer Post experience to life by helping customers find gear they love and the products they need.
• Capture an inviting store atmosphere and support the daily operations that keep our stores running strong.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service that reflects Soccer Post’s core values.
• Greet and engage every customer who walks through our doors.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best products for their game.
• Showcase and explain merchandise with confidence.
• Assist with purchases, returns, exchanges, and special orders.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
• Help receive shipments, stock inventory, and track low inventory items.
• Support team inventory and other store operations.
• Handle phone inquiries professionally.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Retail experience (preferred) and a customer service mindset (required).
• Soccer background — player, coach, or fan (a big plus).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and POS systems.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team‑player attitude.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a busy environment and assist multiple customers at once.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed.
