Job Overview
As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organizational and time‑management skills, build retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other company products in the stores you serve.

You’ll perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The role consists of three major components:
This is a physically demanding job requiring a high level of energy and urgency. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will kneel, squat, walk, stand, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.
Basic Qualifications- At least 18 years of age.
- Reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
- Can operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
- Has Wi‑Fi network and internet access.
- Has reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores on schedule.
