Position SummaryDo you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? As a Bakery/Packager associate you will prepare fresh baked items daily for our members. You will juggle multiple tasks while ensuring obligatory labeling, wrapping, and storing of merchandise, and assisting members with bakery orders in a fast‑paced environment.

You will make an impact by:
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering questions across the club
- Keeping a clean, neat, and member‑ready area
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate with team members, and remain flexible to business needs.
- Be an Expert: Prepare merchandise based on daily production needs, operate baking equipment, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store items, maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
- Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality.
- Be an Owner: Commit to operational excellence, maintain work area per company policies and procedures, ensure quality and date control, secure fragile merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
