Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? As a Bakery/Packager associate you will prepare fresh baked items daily for our members. You will juggle multiple tasks while ensuring obligatory labeling, wrapping, and storing of merchandise, and assisting members with bakery orders in a fast‑paced environment.

• Be an Expert: Prepare merchandise based on daily production needs, operate baking equipment, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store items, maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Commit to operational excellence, maintain work area per company policies and procedures, ensure quality and date control, secure fragile merchandise, eliminate waste, assist members with purchasing decisions, and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances.
