Gemelli Jewelry, a leading name in contemporary and personalized jewelry, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Assistant to support our wholesale production operations. Based in our Irving, Texas headquarters, this role will assist with day-to-day production, quality control, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is hands-on, and is excited to support a growing brand.

The role also includes occasional travel to markets and trade shows to assist with setup, merchandising, and on-site support.

• Assist with daily wholesale production tasks from assembly to final packaging
• Support quality control by inspecting pieces to ensure they meet Gemelli standards
• Pick, pack and prepare wholesale orders for shipment
• Assist with inventory management including receiving, counting, and organizing materials
• Help maintain production timelines and support the team in meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with design, sales, and operations teams as needed
• Prepare and organize materials for production and upcoming launches
• Assist with showroom organization and visual merchandising
• Assist with setup and breakdown at trade shows and markets (Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, etc.)
• Help merchandise displays and restock product during shows
• Provide on-site support to the sales team during market

• 1+ year experience in production, fulfillment, retail, or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Comfortable with hands-on work (assembly, packing, organizing)
• Ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods when needed
