• Provide excellent customer service in the bakery department.
• Assist customers with bakery purchases and take special orders.
• Clean and restock shelves, display cases, and self‑serve displays.
• Co‑operate with the Baker to determine items that need baking or decorating.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department by hosing floors with soap and water.

• Fluent in Spanish and English to interact with customers and co‑workers.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions, product labels, and memos.
• Basic written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds (25‑45‑60 subset).

• Basic PC / Outlook skills.
