Joe V’s Smart Shop is a division of H-E-B, operating 9 stores in the Greater Houston area.

Overnight Replenishment Lead responsible for accurate and efficient day‑to‑day operations, workflow management, policy compliance, issue resolution, cross‑department collaboration, and customer service.

• Support the store and department in manager's absence.
• Lead overnight stocking team on efficient operations.
• Delegate tasks, set department expectations, motivate partners, coach and provide feedback, assist with scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company, store, and department policies.
• Receive, verify, and perform quality control on incoming shipments.
• Load, unload, move products; stock shelves; refill displays.
• Handle customer, partner, and sanitation issues per guidelines, escalating as needed.
• Troubleshoot and report equipment issues.
• Answer product- and service-related questions; direct calls to appropriate department or partner.
• Communicate overnight operations to management.
• Perform department and cross‑functional duties as required.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and store SOPs.
• Maintain organization, safety, and sanitation of work areas, sales floor, back room, and equipment.

• Age 18 or older.
• Minimum 6 months related experience.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong working knowledge of department processes and SOPs.
• Understanding of basic financial workings of the department and ability to drive profitability.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• PC skills.
• Ability to provide feedback on department procedures.
• Flexible priority management, attention to detail, precision.
• Flexible schedule.

• Completion of job skills training, compliance‑related training, and division orientation.

• Fast paced retail environment, detailed tasks.
• Interact with customers.
• Frequent reaching, standing, walking, lifting up to 90 lbs.
• Exposure to ambient temperatures, occasional cold, wet, loud noise.
• Safe maneuvering around moving mechanical parts.
