Summary of Opportunity
Analyze and report business performance across financial, sales, and operational data for periodic reporting (including all month‑end processes), coupled with decision‑making and planning support for both Regional and Corporate Leadership Teams. This role assists with budgeting and forecasting and supports development of key profitability measures such as branch, customer, and product profitability. Additionally, this position builds scalable reporting solutions using Power BI and SAP to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
Position is in‑office at the Dallas (Las Colinas) corporate office.
- Develop tools and reporting solutions for company analysis.
- Maintain understanding of SAP, Power BI, and data environments.
- Leverage MS Copilot to improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain financial and operational data models.
- Develop processes to ensure accurate performance measures.
- Partner with Regional and Corporate Leadership Teams.
- Define and enhance profitability metrics.
- Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
- Analyze data to support operational and financial decisions.
- Prepare financial reports and ad‑hoc analysis.
- Prepare and distribute performance dashboards.
- Support month‑end processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support reporting aligned with accounting standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial distribution (electrical preferred).
- Proficiency building data models in Power BI or similar tools.
- Experience extracting data from and researching transactions in SAP or similar ERP or data warehouse platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience supporting multi‑branch or regional distribution environments.
