Retail Stock Manager

Position: Retail Stock Hourly Manager
Avolta -  - Responsibilities:
Supervise stock associates during assigned shifts to ensure proper execution of receiving, stocking, and inventory management procedures;
Coordinate incoming freight operations including receiving, counting, and processing merchandise deliveries; report shortages, overages, and damaged goods;
Assign work tasks and priorities to stock team members based on operational needs; provide on-the-job coaching;
Manage stock replenishment to maintain adequate sales floor inventory and coordinate with sales staff on out-of-stock items;
Assist with cycle counts and annual inventory preparations; maintain accurate documentation and report variances to management
