Part-time Sales Associate

The Sales responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while providing experienced on-floor leadership at the DFW store. This role is designed to support peak periods, maintain consistency in selling standards, and elevate overall sales performance as the store continues to grow.

This position focuses on sales execution first, with added responsibility for floor leadership, coaching by example, and supporting store operations, without formal people management authority.

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through best-in-class service, relationship-building, and solution-oriented selling
• Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering curated product and styling solutions, including in-home design inspiration
• Help the team set the pace and standard during peak traffic periods
• Serve as a go-to resource for customers by modeling strong selling behaviors and product knowledge
• Support sales floor coverage, particularly during peak periods and high-traffic days
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, visual standards, and floor readiness to maintain an inspiring showroom environment
• Support store events, seasonal floorsets, promotions, and special sales initiatives
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation aligned with Z Gallerie standards
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure consistency in customer experience and sales execution
• Support basic social media, content capture, or in-store storytelling efforts as needed

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in home furnishings, furniture, interior design, or lifestyle retail
• Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver strong sales results and exceptional customer service
• Strong product knowledge and comfort discussing design concepts, materials, and styling ideas
• Confident, professional presence on the sales floor with the ability to influence through example
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods
