Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to drive revenue through outbound and inbound sales efforts.

Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions that deliver business value.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure using CRM systems.

Build strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams and continuously enhance product and market knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

Position requires MBA (Marketing) or any relevant Bachelor’s Degree

Overall

Experience:

6-8 Years

Prior experience in an inside sales role (preferably IT industry)

Familiarity with (B2B) sales processes and relationship building.

Proven track record in cold calling, prospecting potential clients and CRM experience.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas/targets.

Insight of IT solutions, products & services to communicate value proposition.

Awareness of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and client pain points in the IT sector.

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

Ability to manage stress and perform well in a fast-paced sales environment.

Customer-first mindset focused on delivering exceptional service.

Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.

Adaptability to changing client needs, market trends, and business priorities.
