As part of our Account Executive team, you will participate in an 8‑week sales development program, gaining hands‑on experience with our products, sales model, and best‑in‑class tools. You will receive live coaching, peer‑to‑peer development, and ongoing learning opportunities throughout the year to grow your technical and sales skills.
What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking Sales Athletes who are creative, tenacious, passionate, intuitive, big‑picture thinkers, optimistic, self‑motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
Your Role- Engage with new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, including C‑level executives
- Become an expert in all Novatech products, services, and solutions
- Understand client objectives and align Novatech solutions to meet their needs
- Manage a defined territory to achieve quota and increase market share
- Close new business and consistently hit monthly activity and revenue goals
- Maintain a positive, will‑to‑win mindset and take on market challenges with energy and persistence
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, accountability, and a desire to continuously improve
- Manage your sales pipeline and forecast accurately
- Qualify and close prospects that align with company objectives
- Proficient with and Microsoft Office
- Build lasting client relationships with professionalism and confidence
- Embrace adversity as opportunities to learn and grow
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
- Base compensation structured to reflect experience and qualifications
