Our client is a fast-growing electrical distribution company serving telecom, data center, and industrial OEM customers across multiple Texas branches. With aggressive expansion plans and a trajectory toward a $1B valuation by 2030, the organization has grown 5x over the past year and is building the infrastructure to support continued scale.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Support a growing team of outside and inside sales reps

  • Own CRM management and performance reporting
  • Help identify new opportunities and drive customer acquisition
  • Coordinate weekly L10 meetings and ensure accountability across the team

  • What We’re Looking For / Requirements:
    • 2+ years of Sales Operations experience (flexible on level, but not less than 2 years)
    • Strong CRM expertise with experience driving data accuracy and lead quality improvement
    • Sales process ownership mindset
    • Experience supporting outside sales teams and improving performance metrics
    • Ability to travel to San Antonio and Houston branches as needed
    • Willingness to travel for trade shows and manage booth setup/logistics
    • Highly detail-oriented and autonomous
    • Relationship-driven, collaborative personality

    Industry experience in electrical distribution is preferred but not required for someone eager to learn!
