Vertical Alliance Group is a well-established company, in business since 1999, with headquarters located in Texarkana, TX and offices in Irving ,TX. Infiniti Fleet Safety Training is seeking an outgoing, polished, career professional to represent our brand to build long-term referral relationships—especially within the insurance industry.

Result

Statement:

To develop, maintain, and enhance strategic partnership relationships.

Tactical Work Listing (Tactical work for which this position is accountable):
  • Assist in organization of Insurance Partnership information.
  • Gather data, analyze, and prepare reports.
  • Send out Webinar notices to Insurance Partners so they may resend to their insured.
  • Track Webinar participation per state and monitor lead generation.
  • Schedule meetings for manager.
  • Fill out requisition forms that management requires.
  • Monitor CRM campaign results and lead delegation.
  • Create presentations.
  • Report new clients and boot camp attendees to Strategic Partners within 48 hours of notification
  • Communicate with the Insurance Partner Marketing contact.
  • Review Insurance Partner website and lead generation pages for accuracy and updates quarterly.
  • Implement and coordinate marketing initiatives (web, marketing push, referral push, lead pages, etc.)
  • Develop training materials for fellow employees and Insurance Partners
  • Report to strategic partners by following the process of the monthly marketing fund
  • Track and measure sales and pipeline growth monthly per insurance partner.
Standards:
  • Reports on business closed, new prospects, and campaign results will be prepared monthly and quarterly.
  • Insurance Partner meetings will be set up quarterly for the management
  • Recaps of new clients and boot camp attendees will be sent monthly to Insurance Partners
  • Report Webinar and Boot Camp participation to management
  • Report and track progress and sales conversion related to insurance partner campaigns
  • Contact each insurance partner personally monthly per monthly reporting process
  • Report webinar attendees within 48 hours to management
