The Client Success team follows a Client for Life philosophy. Associates in this role ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. You will understand and surface client business priorities, surface challenges, and identify the most effective ways to support the client in making the right decisions. Your responsibilities include onboarding clients, proving the value of Gartner services, and stimulating client engagement of products used by large client teams.
Whatyou will do
- Partner with clients ranging from senior C‑level executives to junior client professionals in IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices to ensure their success with their Gartner subscription.
- Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth by introducing Gartner services and capabilities to prospective and new clients, managing accounts, and connecting clients with the Gartner expert community.
- Identify client priorities and align Gartner’s resources to provide best‑in‑class service that enables clients to achieve their priorities and maximize the return on investment in their Gartner membership.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and business results, share best practices, and design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
- Leverage insights and metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred along with 6+ months of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.

Gartner offers world‑class benefits, highly competitive compensation, and disproportionate rewards for top performers.
Salary range: $53,000 – $77,000 USD (actual salary may vary by education, experience, and location). In addition to base salary, employees may participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
