ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do Lead Client Relationships:
Be the trusted advisor and primary contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are handled with urgency and care.
Consult WithPurpose:
Provide personalized insurance solutions that protect families and businesses based on their unique goals.
Manage and Protect Accounts:Guide clients through policy updates, renewals, and coverage adjustments to keep them properly protected.
Grow Our Reach:Use your bilingual skills to expand our presence within the Spanish-speaking community and generate new opportunities.
Educate and Empower:Help clients understand their coverage options and claims process so they can make confident decisions.
Build Long-Term Loyalty:Create strong, trust-based relationships that turn clients into lifelong customers of Chargoy Allstate.
Requirement- Active Texas Property & Casualty License required, or currently in progress (must be licensed within 14 days)
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- 12 years of insurance sales or related experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
- Professional presence with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office technology
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to grow through performance
