Director of Retail Sales

The Director of Retail Sales will lead the day-to-day and long-range relationships with Panini America's key retail distributors, maximizing sales opportunities and managing the accounts to limit returns. This position is located in Irving, Texas.

• Expertise in sales planning, forecasting and inventory management.
• Travel to meet with customers, partners, dealers, and distributors.
• Proven knowledge of retail industry operations and market trends.
• Promotion planning and execution.
• Sales presentations to distributors, corporate buyers, and sales teams.
• Excellent leadership and development of sales strategies.
• Product solicitations and customer relations.

• Proven history of successful sales and business development.
• Key account management.
• Creative and concise writer, speaker, and presenter.
• Skilled in key areas for sales growth – account management, forecasting, promotions, public relations, inventory control, budgeting, expense control, development of co-op & continuity programs.
• Proficient at Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Trading card industry knowledge and familiarity with licensed products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Prefer at least five years of sales experience in collectibles industry.
• Knowledgeable about hobby market and products.
