This is a very unique and exciting role within the organization. If you enjoy working in a support or Customer Service function, but are interested in what SALES is all about, then this job can provide you the opportunity to gain skills at both! You will work closely with one of the company’s two key sales teams. This sales team is made up of independent agencies, which means that they work closely with our company, but are entrepreneurs with their own small businesses.

This group specializes in sales to high-end plumbing, hardware showrooms, and high-end kitchen cabinet dealers. Together, you will engage and support customers with marketing materials, product information and will follow-up with Sales activities. It is a true partnership and an opportunity to learn about our products and our customers, all while strengthening your professional and selling skills.

A successful Sales Support Specialist possesses a great deal of energy and is willing to invest in people. You will be engaging our agency sales team members and our customers through phone, video and by email, while building lasting relationships with all those you touch. Organization is key to your success as is the ability to provide effective communication through timely follow-up.

This is a fast-paced environment, and you will have access to a broad range of training and resources designed to help you succeed.

This position will report to the Director of Inside Sales, and you will be working alongside a group of our Inside Sales team with access to a broad range of experience and opportunity. If a Sales position is your ultimate goal, or if you enjoy the balance between Customer Service and Sales, you will thrive within this energetic team, having access to a range of product and Sales skills training.

  • Ability to present product information and provide customer-appropriate solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Discipline to follow process and policy guidelines.
  • Capacity to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Applicable industry experience may also be considered.
  • 3-5 years proven customer support experience in a product/Sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the Kitchen & Bath industry is helpful.
