• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
• Communicate with prospective clients to present and promote Rowdy Logistics’ services.
• Support the overall sales process, from initial outreach through opportunity development.

• Prior sales experience, with B2B sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and identifying new business opportunities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and standard business tools; experience using AI tools is a plus.
• Must reside in Texas and be able to commute to the Irving, TX office.
• Self-motivated with a high level of energy and curiosity for new opportunities and people.
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute and succeed in a growing organization.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean.
• Experience in sales or business development within transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage.
• Operational knowledge of freight types such as full truckload, flatbed, over-dimensional, or specialized transportation.
