ResponsibilitiesSell, sell and sell.
- Make commissions and take them home.
- Co-design our product based on your insights in the field.
- Be a good team player in a collaborative and competitive environment.
- Proven success selling SaaS, technology, consulting, or related services within the tech ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex mid-market or enterprise sales cycles
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high-activity sales environment
Rather than focusing on years of experience, we value your ability to navigate complex sales cycles with five- or six-figure Total Contract Values (TCVs) and drive results within a 3-6-month sales cycle. If you excel in a high-energy, growth-oriented sales environment and have a proven record of closing large, multi-stakeholder deals, we want to see how you turn ambition into impact.
CompensationRange: $90,000 to $140,000 OTE, hire
EZ offers a 50/50 base and commission split. Top performers have exceeded OTE significantly, with our highest earners making more than the CEO. Total compensation is based on demonstrated expertise, impact, and results. Our total rewards package includes base salary, commission, equity, and a comprehensive benefits plan.
