As the Vertical Sales Executive – Commercial & Industrial (Security), you are responsible for driving growth of Siemens’ electronic security solutions across commercial real estate assets (office portfolios, retail, hospitality, mixed‑use, entertainment/event venues) and Industrial sectors such as aerospace, automotive, battery manufacturing, chemicals, food & beverage/CPG, semiconductors, logistics/distribution centers, and related production & manufacturing facilities. You serve as a trusted advisor where people safety, asset protection, operational continuity, and risk mitigation are critical.
This role combines commercial & industrial market knowledge with specialized security systems expertise to deliver scalable, integrated solutions across diverse environments.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of security opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial vertical
- Engage executive level stakeholders on access control, video surveillance, and risk management strategies
- Translate operational, safety, and business requirements into scalable security solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, from discovery through close
- Collaborate with vertical sales leaders, operations, and delivery teams to execute complex programs
- Position Siemens as a long‑term strategic partner for commercial and industrial security needs
- Leverage digital tools and AI‑enabled sales processes to improve productivity and win rates
- 8+ years of experience selling electronic security, low voltage, or integrated security systems
- Success selling complex solutions to commercial or industrial environments
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead consultative discovery and solution workshops
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- Experience selling security solutions across commercial real estate or industrial facilities
- Knowledge of access control, video management, and integrated security platforms
