Description

You’ll act as a key link between franchise partners, carriers, and customers, supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless delivery execution. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and wants to help scale a national logistics network.

We’re building a centralised operations hub in our Dallas office to support our network and ensure consistent, high-quality service nationwide.

Who We Are:

Speedy Freight is a fast-growing global logistics business expanding across the US through a franchise-led model. Our franchise partners operate as local logistics experts, delivering tailored transport solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage carrier relationships across the US
  • Support franchisees with load coverage and operational execution
  • Negotiate rates and deliver cost-effective transport solutions
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time performance and POD completion
  • Manage KPIs and resolve service issues quickly
  • Collaborate with sales teams and franchise owners to deliver the best outcomes
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics operations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness with negotiation experience
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a high-energy environment
