Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Maintain a daily, visible presence in the Dallas Fort Worth market area.

• Background in aggregates or similar (concrete, ready-mix, cement, asphalt, building materials).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Competency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aggregates industry or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
• Frequent travel within the assigned territory.

$85,000‑$95,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
